2024 TVS Jupiter 110 Launched: Prices Start At  Rs 73,700

TVS has given its popular TVS Jupiter 110 scooter a major revamp, the first one since its debut over a decade ago. The 2024 version comes with a new engine, added technology, updated looks, and improved usefulness. You have the option to buy the enhanced version of this model, with prices starting from Rs 73,700 to Rs 87,250 (ex-showroom).

TVS Jupiter 110: Design And Dimensions

The previous TVS Jupiter 110 model had a basic design, but in 2024, the new version has introduced a fresh style. The new ‘Infinity’ LED daytime running light on the front now extends and incorporates turn signals. At the rear, the LED tail light follows the DRL pattern with integrated turn signals. The body panels now have sharper lines, making it one of the most fashionable 110cc scooters around.

The design of the 2024 Jupiter 110 is heavily inspired by the Jupiter 125. The new model features a 5.1-liter gas tank located under the floorboard for easier access through a front apron opening. Moreover, there is a generous 33-liter under-seat storage area that can easily accommodate two half-face helmets.

The 2024 Jupiter 110 has some changes compared to the older Jupiter model. It’s longer at 1848 mm, but it’s lower at 1158 mm and narrower at 665 mm. The wheelbase remains unchanged at 1,275 mm. The seat stands at 770 mm high, and there is 163 mm of ground clearance. In addition, the new Jupiter is lighter than the previous model, weighing 105 kg.

TVS Jupiter 110: Features

The newest Jupiter model has an upgrade with a color LCD instrument panel, replacing the standard screen in the previous version. But remember, this cool feature is exclusive to the top-tier model, while the entry-level ones still sport the classic analog instrument cluster. Similar to the previous model, the color LCD cluster includes Bluetooth connection and turn-by-turn navigation supported by MapMyIndia. The SmartXonnect phone app has been upgraded with new features. These include a ‘Find me’ option, an advanced trip summary showing Eco and Power mode usage, details on carbon savings and idle time, and extra voice assistant commands available on the top variant.

2024 TVS Jupiter 110: Engine

The 2024 Jupiter comes with a bigger 113.5cc engine that gives you 8hp and 9.8Nm of power, a slight increase of 0.1hp, and a full 1Nm. This enhancement is made possible by the innovative ‘iGO Assist’ micro-hybrid technology. This technology includes a stronger battery getting charged by the engine while slowing down. It then uses this power to support the ISG motor, giving you that extra push when required. According to TVS, the latest Jupiter 110 is expected to be around 10% more fuel-efficient than the older model.

Just like its predecessor, the updated Jupiter comes with a telescopic fork and a monoshock. The higher-end models come equipped with a 220 mm petal front disc brake, while a drum rear brake is standard across all versions. The scooter retains its combined braking system, lacking anti-lock braking (ABS) for now. It runs on 12-inch wheels, with 90/90-section tires on both front and rear.
