Ola Roadster Series Electric Motorcycle Launched Prices Start At Rs. 75,000

In the Ola Roadster series, you have three models to choose from – the Roadster X, Roadster, and Roadster Pro.

Ola Electric has recently introduced its first electric motorcycle series, starting with the Roadster series. Instead of just one bike, Ola Electric rolled out a whole lineup named the Ola Roadster. Currently, the Ola Roadster series comprises three models – Roadster X, Roadster, and Roadster Pro.

Ola Roadster X

The Roadster X, which is the basic model, offers three battery options: 2.5 kWh, 3.5 kWh, and 4.5 kWh. It includes LED headlights, a 4.3-inch LCD display powered by the latest MoveOS 5, front telescopic forks, dual rear shock absorbers, and 18-inch black alloy wheels.

Ola Roadster X

The prices starting at Rs 74,999 for the basic model, Rs 84,999 for the mid-range version, and Rs 99,999 for the top-tier model. According to Ola, the 4.5kWh version can accelerate from 0 to 40kph in just 2.8 seconds, reach a maximum speed of 124kph, and cover a distance of up to 200km. Additionally, it offers three riding modes: Sport, Normal, and Eco. Deliveries are scheduled to commence in the first half of 2025.

Ola Roadster

The Roadster is available in three versions: 3.5kWh, 4.5kWh, and 6kWh, all powered by a 13kW motor. The prices vary, starting at Rs 1.05 lakh for the basic model, Rs 1.20 lakh for the mid-range version, and Rs 1.40 lakh for the top-tier model. The high-end model has outstanding features such as accelerating from 0 to 40kph in just 2 seconds, reaching a maximum speed of 126kph, and offering an estimated range of 248km. It also includes a user-friendly 7-inch TFT touchscreen with four riding modes to choose from: Hyper, Sport, Normal, and Eco.

Along with cruise control, the Roadster will come equipped with features like proximity unlock, smartwatch app integration, and other AI-driven functions. Ola states that the Roadster will include disc brakes with single-channel ABS and cornering ABS. Deliveries are set to kick off in the first half of 2025, following the release of the Roadster X.

Ola Roadster Pro

The Roadster Pro is set to get its power from a motor delivering a peak output of 52kW and 105Nm. It will come in two versions, 8kWh and 16kWh, priced at Rs 2 lakh and Rs 2.50 lakh, respectively. Ola states that the Roadster Pro can accelerate from 0 to 60kph in just 1.9 seconds and achieve a maximum speed of 194kph. Furthermore, Ola asserts that the 16kWh battery offers an impressive IDC range of 579km.

The upcoming Roadster Pro is packed with cool features for you. Imagine a 10-inch TFT touchscreen, USD fork, dual channel ABS, and four riding modes all at your fingertips. When it comes to safety, you’ll have ADAS, three levels of traction control, cornering ABS, and wheelie as well as stoppie control keeping you safe on the road. Exciting news – deliveries will kick off in the first half of 2026.

Each of the three models includes a built-in MCU, which offers features like Hill Hold, traction control, and ABS modes. Ola has incorporated its latest 4680 cells in the battery packs, improving both charging speed and overall performance. What’s more, Ola Electric guarantees an 8-year warranty on batteries for all their motorcycles.
